The People
114:1
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ ١
Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of Mankind,
114:2
مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٢
the Sovereign of Mankind,
114:3
إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٣
the God of Mankind,
114:4
مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ ٤
from the evil of the Whisperer [of Evil] who shrinks [at the mention of Allāh],
114:5
ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٥
who whispers into the hearts of people
114:6
مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ ٦
among Jinnsand humans.
